Understanding Your Patterns.
Changing How You Live.
Understanding your inner patterns is not abstract work.
It is the beginning of clarity, of freedom, and of a more
grounded way of living.
When you begin to see the patterns that shape your reactions, your relationships, and your inner world, something shifts.
You are no longer simply reacting: you are able to respond.

Do you recognise yourself here?
Do you sometimes feel unsure why you react the way you do?
Overwhelmed by emotions, self-doubt, or patterns you cannot seem to shift?
Do you find yourself repeating the same relational dynamics, despite wanting something different?
These patterns are not random. They are structured, meaningful,
and often rooted in earlier adaptations that once served you.
But what once protected you may now be limiting you.

A structured path toward understanding and change
This course offers a grounded, psychologically informed approach

About Lauren Calder:
With over 20 years in private practice, I have worked with recurring patterns that shape how people think, feel, and relate.
Much of what brings people into therapy is not isolated difficulty, but the repetition of patterns that are often not fully understood.
This course draws from those clinical insights, offering a structured way to recognise these patterns and begin to work with them more consciously.
